Here is the card I made for today's Technique Challenge - Tacky Glitter! I absolutely LOVE this color combo...ruby red and river rock from Stampin' Up! The designer paper is from a retired designer pack - Ginger Blossom. I made a tic-tac-toe board with the technique. I added the cute heart from My Comfy Valentine from H&M Stamps and popped them up on dimensionals. I used my lovely SU! punches and made a sentiment and popped it up with dimensionals, too. The sentiment is from H&M Stamps - Our Love.
