So today is a world holiday, LOL. It is to anyone who is a cardmaker! It's World Cardmaking Day! I hope everyone gets some time today to create! Honestly, I hope everyone gets some time EVERYDAY to create. It is such a stress reliever, isn't it?

This card is for today's Inspiration Challenge on Splitcoaststampers. This is the shirt that I got the inspiration from. When I first glanced at it, it looked teal and brown. Now that I have it posted, it is black...oops! I used Jen's weekly Saturday Sketch For You To Try on her blog. Go check her blog out, it's to die for! I used a sentiment from H&M Stamps. The set is called A Time of Caring and is great for sympathy, get well, thinking of you, etc. I think this sentiment says it all and I didn't want to add any other sentiment or image. The paper is a Martha Stewart stack and the ribbon is delicious brown satin ribbon. I added some simple brads and put the different layers on dimensionals. It's rather simple, but so elegant. I'm quite happy with it. What do you think?

I'm off to watch the Michigan football game while hubby revamps the computer...hope and pray that I'll be back...soon!
